Order InfoRapid KnowledgeMap

InfoRapid KnowledgeMap is available in two versions: The Private Edition and the Professional Edition.

The Private Edition is available for half of the price of the professional version. Please note this edition may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes or for educational purposes at schools and universities. If you use the program for commercial or government purposes, you must obtain the Professional Edition.

Customers from the United States receive the program from our United States affiliate for the price of 49 USD for the Private Edition and 99 USD for the Professional Edition. All other customers order the program in Germany for the price of 49 EUR for the Private and 99 EUR for the Professional Edition.

The Private Edition and the Professional Edition are identical; the only difference is the license agreement which prohibits the commercial usage of the Private Edition.

If the program is to be used at more than one workstation or PC, you must purchase a license for each PC or workstation. A multi-seat or company-wide license (site license) is more economical than an equivalent number of single licenses. For example, a site license for 10 seats costs the same as 5 individual licenses, and 100 seats the same as 25 individual licenses. Whether part of the Private Edition or of the Professional Edition, the KnowledgeMap Server is only licensed for a single user. If you want to use the program as a knowledge management system in a company internet, you’ll need a Server License, allowing simultaneous use of the program by a specified number of users. The program monitors the number of users at any given time. If more than the permitted number of users attempt to access the program within a certain period of time, the first (and subsequent) user exceeding the permitted number will be denied access, and will have to wait until a slot is available.

Both programs are only available via download. This means that a valid email address for you must accompany your order. Following your order you will receive an email with the download URL, user name and password for the download. As an attachment to the email you’ll receive a PDF document with your license number (which must be entered the first time you start the program) and an invoice.
